3D Pro Zir offers 1100 MPa strength, ensuring aesthetics and suitability for crowns and bridges.
Find Strength, Translucency and Natural Shade Gradient
Clinical case by Dr Rim Bourgi
“Air-abrade zirconia, apply 10-MDP primer, use resin cement: durable bond.”
Intraoral Scanning
After tooth preparation and soft-tissue management, an intraoral scanner (Helios 500) captures accurate digital impressions of the prepared tooth and opposing arches
CAD Design and 3D Printing
The STL file is sent to the lab, where it is processed for CAD modeling and optional 3D printing (SprintRay Pro 2) to verify fit and adaptation.
Zirconia Crown Milling
Using CAD software (e.g., exocad), the crown is designed and milled from a zirconia disk, ensuring precise margins, proper anatomy, and accurate fit.
Internal Surface Treatment
After milling and sintering, the crown’s internal surface receives a glass-ceramic coating (Biomic LiSi Connect) enabling acid etching; glazing and staining optimize final esthetics.
Strength and
Translucency
Aesthetic and Fast-sintering
3D Pro zir, produced with advanced Aidite processes, offers a layerless, natural shade gradient with optimal strength and translucency. With a maximum flexural strength of 1100 MPa, it ensures aesthetic results and suitability for single crowns to 14-unit bridges. Its fast high-performance sintering, including a 2-hour cycle, reduces production time, costs, and delivery times.

Clinical case by Dr Murad Akhundov
“Zirconia ensures strength, natural aesthetics, and seamless anterior restorations”
Implant and Provisional Restoration
Tooth 11 was extracted, and direct implantation was decided. After four months, a healing abutment was placed, and a digital scan was performed using a scan body. The provisional restoration was adapted and bonded to adjacent teeth.
Zirconia Abutment and Preparation
A zirconia abutment (Aidite 3D Pro Zir, Qinhuangdao, China) was placed over the implant. At this point, all old restorations were removed, and caries were cleaned to prepare for the restoration of the adjacent teeth.
PMMA Provisional and Restoration
A new PMMA provisional was prepared on the zirconia abutment. The mesial gingival part of tooth 21 was restored with composite, following the cervical convexity of the 11, to minimize the black triangle between the central incisors as much as possible.
Zirconia Crown
The zirconia crown (Aidite 3D Pro Zir) was cemented on the abutment, and you can see the perfect match with adjacent teeth. Note the closure of the black triangle between the 11 and 21.

Clinical Indications
3D Pro zir provides strong, aesthetic solutions for onlays, inlays, veneers, crowns, copings, and bridges, ensuring durability and natural translucency for both single and multi-unit restorations.
Onlay and Inlay
Partial restorations preserving tooth structure and function
Veneer
Thin ceramic layer enhancing tooth aesthetics and durability
Crown
Complete tooth coverage for strength and longevity
Coping and reduced crown
Substructure for layered restorations ensuring stability
Bridge
Multi-unit restoration replacing missing teeth seamlessly
“3D Pro Zir zirconia was used to create a monolithic bridge, ensuring optimal aesthetics and strength.”
Surgical Plan
Upon examination, we noticed she had a lateral gummy smile, which we informed her would benefit from a bilateral surgical treatment. In the picture, you can see the surgical plan.
Post-Surgical Situation
This image shows the situation after the surgery. it is a part of a carefully planned approach that involved both surgical and prosthetic procedures to deliver a satisfying final result.
BOPT Preparation and Scanning
Once the soft tissues had perfectly healed, we performed BOPT (Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique) preparations, and an intra-oral scan was taken.
Final Restoration
Here’s the final result with monolithic 3D Pro Zir (AIDITE), slightly layered at the incisal third. Minor adjustments were made to the premolars with direct composite to enhance aesthetics and reduce dark buccal corridors.
