The new Styleitaliano bur kit for direct restorations
Burs, codes and clinical protocol, all in one kit. The bur sequence is suitable for direct anterior, and direct posterior restorations, considering all types of situations and cavity sizes. The kit has been optimized and tried in hundreds of clinical cases, there is no need for using extra burs.

Anterior
With 5 burs out of the 9 present in the kit, is possible to prepare and create the most common types of margin (bevel or chamfer). Contemplating as well old composite removal, the sequence is adaptable to almost any situation, where the user can opt to use less steps according to the situation.

D3, D4 and D5 – Margin finder and Caries removal
This bur was used to remove internal caries removal and debris. It’s available in 3 sizes (D3, D4 and D5) in the STYLE DIREETTO Kit, to be used according to your need.

D6 – Medium-long bevel
If bevels are correctly selected, they are respectful of tissue and offer a very good boost to the blending effect. 45-degree bevels are for the middle third and are used in most situations. As the protocol establishes the D6 bur was used from the STYLE DIRETTO Kit.

D2 – Composite correction or removal
Internal correction is done with the bur D2 – SYLE DIRETTO, no water.

STYLE DIRETTO
Posterior
6 out of the 9 burs can be used for posterior cavities. In the sequence it is contemplated the removal of old restorations and the various cavity sizes.

D1 – Amalgam removal
Carbide pear shape bur for fast amalgam removal.

D2 – Composite removal and cavity shape
This bur has the dual function of removing old composite, and shaping the cavity, especially the geometry of the enamel walls.

D3/D4/D5 – Caries removal
Slow speed carbide rounded bur, comes in 3 sizes, according to the size of the cavity and the extent of the lesion, the size increases.

D6 – Contact break
Flame bur for moving the proximal margins outside the contact point area.

D7 – Delicate cavity clean
Medium-fine grit rounded bur for removing caries or contamination where no vibrations are needed.

D8 – Cervical margin flattening
Tip cutting surface, making easy to position the bur in the cervical margin without.
