StyleItaliano Official Kit
Burs, codes and clinical protocol, all in one kit. The bur sequence is suitable for direct anterior, and direct posterior restorations, considering all types of situations and cavity sizes. The kit has been optimized and tried in hundreds of clinical cases, there is no need for using extra burs.

Direct Anterior

With 6 burs out of the 8 present in the kit, is possible to prepare and create the most common types of margin (bevel or chamfer). Contemplating as well old composite removal, the sequence is adaptable to almost any situation, where the user can opt to use less steps according to the situation.
D7 for Margin finder and Caries removal
This bur was used to detect the margin of the old restoration and remove internal caries and debris. This type of bur it’s also available in 3 sizes (D5, D6 and D7) to be used according to your need.
D3 for Medium-long bevel
If bevels are correctly selected, they are respectful of tissue and offer a very good boost to the blending effect. 45-degree bevels are for the middle third and are used in most situations.
D2 for Composite correction or removal
Internal correction is done with the bur D2 – STYLEITALIANO DIRECT Burs Kit, no water.

Direct Posterior
StyleItaliano Sequence
All 8 burs can be used for posterior cavities. In the sequence it is contemplated the removal of old restorations and the various cavity sizes.
D1 for Amalgam removal
Carbide pear shape bur for fast amalgam removal.
D5/D6/D7 for Caries removal
Slow speed carbide rounded bur, comes in 3 sizes, according to the size of the cavity and the extent of the lesion, the size increases.
D2 for Composite removal and cavity shape
This bur has the dual function of removing old composite, and shaping the cavity, especially the geometry of the enamel walls.
D4 – Delicate cavity cleaning
Medium-fine grit rounded bur for removing caries or contamination where no vibrations are needed.
D2 for Composite removal and cavity preparation
This bur was used to remove old composite and shape the cavity. This bur forms near-right-angle walls and rounded internal angles when applied perpendicular to the floor.
D5/D6/D7 for Caries removal
The slow-speed carbide round bur was used for caries removal, with size chosen according to cavity dimensions and lesion extent.
D3 – Contact break
An important rule in Class II cavity preparation is opening the contact with the adjacent tooth. Flame bur for moving the proximal margins outside the contact point area.
D8 for Cervical margin flattening
Tip cutting surface, making easy to position the bur in the cervical margin without hitting the adjacent tooth structure.
